Once you have purchased your vehicle the service and Roadside Assistance plan is associated with that vehicle and cannot be transferred. If you choose to sell your vehicle within the first three years from the date of first registration, the service and Roadside Assistance remains on that vehicle and will be passed to the new owner, which may increase the resale value.
